Guideline for Authors

Submission of full-length paper
The submission process for the 1st AWG-IAHR is handled electronically. The full-length paper should be submitted at the web page. The full-length paper should be in English. Submission of a paper implies that the work described has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form without the written consent of the Publisher.

Publishing agreement
The authors warrant that the paper is the authors' original work and has not been published before (if excerpts from copyrighted works, figures, diagrams, photos, trademarks or other such materials are included, the authors will obtain written permission from the copyright owner and show credit to the sources in the manuscript). The authors also warrant that the paper describes genuine research or review work, contains no libelous or unlawful statements and does not infringe on the rights of others. The authors agree that their paper be published on the 1st AWG-IAHR, and will be available on CD-ROM at the meeting. Qualified papers will be recommended for special issues of the IOP Proceedings or Chinese journals (EI Compendex), and some high quality papers with extended version will be recommended to several international journals.

Full-length paper preparation
When abstract is accepted, the authors are requested to prepare the manuscript file following the template. Preparation of the final full-length paper is solely the authors' responsibility. No change can be made after submitting the final full-length paper. The full-length paper will be submitted no later than May 1, 2017. The full length paper will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee of the 1st AWG-IAHR, and authors will receive the reviewers file comments before August 1, 2017. The final form of the full-length paper should be re-submitted (if necessary) no later than September 30, 2017.
